delete a post
i'm sitting here posting using the dollar sign, and then i realize that it's only posting in the StockTwits dekstop stream and not the general stream for tweetdeck users. so now i have all these duplicate posts i'd like to get rid of. it would be nice in general (spelling errors and other goofyness) if there was a way as the poster, i had the option to remove my own comments if needed.

Stackable streams
The ability to stack several chart visualizations or news streams on top of each other vertically rather than only horizontally will improve usability for smaller screens.

add option for popup stream notification -- even if ST desktop is minimized.
I would appreciate the addition of a pop-up notification that would indicate the presence of new messages -- even when I might have the ST Desktop minimized. Ideally, this would allow me to limit these pop-up notifications to specific streams (i.e. my premium trader content) so that I can continue to work on other things -- but enjoy the same instant notification when new (and important) content is available for me.

This is a great idea we have to see how that works within Adobe Air across OS’s.

Support Twiffo to post longer than 140 characters to Twitter
Consider adding support for Twiffo http://twiffo.com ? Having the need to post more than 140 characters is necessary for some users.
They have the API available at http://twiffo.com/api

let twitter lists open from the ST add streams menue
As Twitter has this new feature with lists, it´ll be great to have a chance to open them from the "add streams" function on the ST desktop. Thanks.

We are looking more into the list functionality. How it can be incorporated.

We are trying to re-implement Canadian and other foreign stock exchanges. Our first implementation didn’t work out as well as we had hoped.

color scheme - The black on black is hard to discern
I find the color scheme too dark. Don't know if this is a feature of the AIR platform, Would like to be able to alter the colors

The long term plan is to allow you to change the color scheme.

Ability to resize the TV window
Same as other streams. Click in corner and drag to resize to apropriate size keeping TV aspect ratio constant.

TD Amtrde framed vs unframed windows (streams) each stream is its own sizeable/moveable window
TD Ameritrade command center does something really cool in command center app. framed vs unframed windows (streams in twits) this allows the user to resize/move/drag to another monitor individual streams

Need twitlonger.com support on STDT urgently
Twitlonger captures a simple >140 text stream, stores it, tweets it on twitter, and provides a URL.... and it's relatively fast. It's perfect when 140 isn't enough but a blog post is too much. It's perfect for broadcasting market stats or larger thoughts. Without twitlonger support I can't see how I can easily broadcast those stats which many traders read and comment on. Example: http://www.twitlonger.com/show/5c7987f8d63673a28b6b7308af1f2725

support small screens
please test ST on 1024x768 screens as well... many elements overlap ;-(

We have been working on supporting smaller monitor resolutions like 1024 × 768. We will be adding some adjustments for this in the next build.

Fix scrolling - very choppy, especially with mouse wheel
This is on a mac...the scrolling in general is very choppy, but almost unusable with the mouse wheel (moving wheel slowly doesn't scroll at all, then it starts moving in every direction). Painful to use as is. So much potential - but can't get rid of my twitter client yet until scrolling works better!

We are working on this. Right now the trick is to hover the mouse pointer over the scroll sidebar, then use the mouse. It works much better.

Be nice to new users
chiefrunninbull helped me understand that stock twits is not the place for a newbie like me. I'm looking for a friendlier place with a little patience or at least common manners.

Slowing down process
I love stocktwits desktop and the concept is brilliant. My only issue is that its CPU usage is too high, Also, it would be good if followers and people following was updated automatically. Good job though, this has a lot of growth potential

We are aware of the ram usage issue and are working on this.

This feedback site doesn't work well with embedded browser
For example, can't change the number of votes I have on an idea when running inside stocktwits desktop. And the uservoice signup process is a total mess - its not even clear when you're done, and they're hitting me up for money when all I wanted to do was give you feedback. IMHO it's making you guys look bad.
